Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure finished goods are available to meet customer demand. You will manage finished goods inventory and execute replenishment strategies while collaborating across departments to drive service, efficiency, and inventory optimization.

You’ll own planning parameters in SAP/APO, develop inventory plans for launches and seasonality, and analyze KPIs to improve fill rate and reduce losses. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Milwaukee, WI area.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred; strong Excel and data handling skills.

Mansioni

• End-to-end planning of finished goods inventory from replenishment orders to customer shipments.
• Own, improve, and maintain all planning parameters (lead time, order quantities, stocking targets) in SAP/APO planning software.
• Develop inventory plans to support events including launches, promotions, replacements, and seasonality.
• Execute replenishment orders against internal and external sources.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Production Planning, MRP, Transportation, Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service) on a regular basis.
• Identify and communicate current and future shortages, as well as recovery plans.
• Prioritize inventory risk reviews and identify opportunities to mitigate inventory risk.
• Analyze KPIs including fill rate and loss and identify strategies to improve performance.
