Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2‑year degree preferred in supply chain or inventory control.
• Two years in a lead warehouse role within warehousing or distribution.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience plus with spreadsheets and reports.
• Ability to read orders and inventory reports and generate business reports.
• Able to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting.
• Highly organized and efficient with good written and verbal communication.
• Team player, able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse activities.
• Lead warehouse tasks under the Department Manager direction with the team.
• Coordinate shipping docking activities to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Create and release waves; manage picking for shipment.
• Oversee wave releases to maintain steady workflow without gaps.
• Input and print pick tickets; assign staging areas for outbound loads.
• Investigate shortages and re‑wave shipments as needed.
• Create STOs to move products between warehouse locations.
• Coordinate replenishment and put‑away activities; assist inventory control.
