Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to organize inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. You will lead tasks, coordinate waves, manage dock activities, and collaborate with inventory control to keep stock levels accurate and moving.

The role requires a high school diploma (2-year supply chain preferred) and at least 2 years in a lead warehouse role, with strong SAP/WMS skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years in a lead warehouse role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets and inventory software.
• Ability to read orders and inventory reports and generate reports.
• Excellent math skills and ability to multi-task.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign, and monitor warehouse tasks with the team.
• Monitor shipping cockpit and dock activities for accuracy.
• Lead warehouse team including reporting and follow-up.
• Create and release waves and manage pick tasks.
• Manage wave release to align with just-in-time inventory.
• Create STOs and coordinate put-away and replenishment.
• Support inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to Saputo ethics and collaborate with departments.
