Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to first-line product support failures and diagnose issues.
• Report problems to design/software engineering teams.
• Provide high-level technical support to customers and users.
• Support Rockwell portfolio including Ethernet, DeviceNet, Logix protocols.
• Serve as liaison to customers across multiple product families.
• Document issue resolutions and update technical notes for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
