Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Warehouse Operations leader to direct development and execution of activities that meet production goals, quality, and cost targets. This role collaborates with production, planning, and support teams onsite in Milwaukee, WI, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will manage schedules, personnel, and KPIs while applying Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches to optimize inventory, material flow, and production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and implementation of Warehouse Operations activities.
• Prioritize requirements guided by production schedules.
• Plan and administer procedures to manage goals and personnel.
• Lead management and staff in direct/indirect labor.
• Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient operation.
• Report to the Manager, Customer Success and work onsite.
