Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management and inbound logistics, leading a team of Sales Assistants.
• Manage full customer order lifecycle from intake to returns and claims.
• Coordinate inbound logistics—routing, carriers, ASNs, and customs; resolve issues for international shipments.
• Maintain data accuracy across SAP and portals; build automated reports and KPI analyses.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements and automation while handling escalations.
• Ensure policy compliance and safe work practices; travel as required.
