Job summary

Kubota Engine America Corporation in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to provide excellent customer support to Mid/Small OEMs and Distributors, manage orders through the sales cycle, and assist with various sales matters.

The position is full time with a hybrid work model after 30 days, offering a salary range of $82,000 to $85,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, STD/LTD and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of engines and off-road construction and industrial equipment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~30% with potential international trips.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers about orders, production, delivery, and technical questions.
• Assist with pricing quotes and monitor price requests.
• Support New Business Development with new leads.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with teams in Japan on engineering topics.
