Qualifications

• High school degree/GED required.
• Degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, or demand planning
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-location inventory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory replenishment strategy across assigned product lines and locations.
• Set and manage reorder points, safety stock levels, and order quantities.
• Make daily/weekly purchasing and transfer decisions based on demand, supply constraints, and business priorities.
• Monitor inventory health including stockouts, excess, and slow-moving items.
• Balance the three points of time, cost, and quality to optimize inventory investments.
