Job summary

Likewize in Flower Mound is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to turn data into actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and drive inventory, orders, and fulfillment efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, support trade-ins, reverse logistics, and e-commerce operations, and partner with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve discrepancies with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables and Power Query.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and trend spotting.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, monitoring program performance, and delivering actionable insights that improve supply chain efficiency, cost management, and business outcomes.
• Support a variety of supply chain initiatives, including trade-in programs, reverse logistics, e-commerce operations, and other strategic business functions.
• Manage inventory health through transaction oversight, inventory analysis, replenishment planning, and optimization of product allocation across sales channels.
• Partner with Inventory Control, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies, support reconciliations, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and other critical operational transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, Excel models, and data solutions that increase visibility, support decision-making, and streamline operations.
• Champion automation and workflow improvements while successfully balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional internal customer support.
