Job summary

TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain activities across assigned product categories with a focus on primary packaging solutions. You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies, optimize costs, ensure supply continuity, and drive customer success through packaging innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, category management, or packaging environments.
• Primary packaging industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with packaging products and materials, supplier capabilities, and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across product categories.
• Manage supplier relationships including qualification and performance reviews.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, pricing analyses, and sourcing recommendations.
• Provide technical supply chain expertise on packaging materials and processes.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, service levels, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Quality on programs.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Analyze market trends and technologies to pursue innovation and cost savings.
• Analyze sourcing and supplier data to support decisions.
