Job summary

TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to ensure packaging materials are available for production and orders. You will lead procurement, planning, inventory, and supplier performance, collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to anticipate needs and mitigate risks.

The role involves forecasting, purchasing plans, term negotiations, and reporting on supply health, with a focus on cost, quality and timely delivery. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial judgment.
• Clear communication and ability to work with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material forecasts using demand, forecasts, schedules and usage.
• Turn production schedules and customer requirements into purchasing plans across facilities.
• Manage purchasing for production materials and packaging products.
• Coordinate with customers on purchasing, forecasting, material availability and logistics.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, lead times, freight, and service expectations.
• Evaluate supplier options and manage performance, including corrective actions.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate solutions before they affect schedules.
• Provide reporting on material availability, inventory health, supplier performance and costs.
