Job summary

The Nuclear Company in Columbia, SC seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a greenfield nuclear build, including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics, while leading NetSuite ERP inventory and supply chain modules.

This hybrid role is based in our downtown Columbia office with 2–3 days in the office per week, and adheres to nuclear QA programs and regulatory traceability requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive supply chain experience, including 2+ years in management/team lead.
• Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite inventory/supply chain functionality.
• Strong grasp of BOMs, multi-UOM setup, and inventory accounting.
• Experience running demand planning/MRP and improving forecast accuracy.
• Experience with domestic/international logistics and import/export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and rollout of NetSuite Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Work Orders.
• Build item master, BOMs, UOM framework, and location/bin structures.
• Define planning parameters: reorder points, safety stock, lot sizing, planning horizon.
• Lead data migration, UAT, SOPs, and post-go-live enhancements backlog.
• Build KPI dashboards and ensure NOS data quality.
