Job summary

Standard Nuclear, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to translate technical requirements into sourcing, material planning, and logistics strategies. You will identify qualified vendors and manage costs, lead times, and delivery performance to support reliable production.

In this hands-on role, you will work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve constraints, maintain BOM accuracy, and build scalable supply chain processes for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and technical requirements to determine sourcing needs.
• Source vendors, components, materials, and equipment meeting technical, quality, schedule, and commercial requirements.
• Support supplier qualification, technical evaluations, substitutions, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Demonstrate experience with supplier management and material planning in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, specs, BOMs and requirements to determine sourcing needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and source vendors meeting technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Partner with engineering and quality on supplier qualification and make-or-buy decisions.
• Develop and maintain BOMs, material planning data, and delivery tracking.
