Job summary

The Nuclear Company in the United States is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a nuclear plant build, including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics, while implementing NetSuite ERP modules. This is a build role with strict traceability within a nuclear QA program.

Please note: role supports greenfield construction projects and is hybrid in Columbia, SC with 2–3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive supply chain experience with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite inventory/supply chain functionality.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a nuclear QA program and enforce traceability and documentation control.
• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation: inventory, planning, and work orders modules.
• Run demand planning, MRP, and a monthly S&OP cadence.
• Drive inventory accuracy, warehousing, and logistics; manage receiving and kitting.
• Build KPI dashboards and ensure data quality feeding NOS; mentor staff.
• Own supply chain budget and monthly variance reporting to Finance.
