Job summary

Jiffy Lube International seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator in Irving, TX to manage day-to-day purchasing for store-level supplies, bulk fluids, equipment, and outside services. You will act as the primary liaison between stores, distributors, and the Procurement team, ensuring POs are accurate and promptly processed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related role.
• Experience with an ERP/procurement platform (Workday preferred) and purchase order workflows.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with vendor data, cost reports, and spend analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage competing requests from stores, vendors, and leadership.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through on open items (POs, tickets, vendor escalations).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and process purchase orders (POs) and change orders in Workday for stores, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor and process weekly Auto Ordering requisitions; cancel duplicates and unneeded items.
• Investigate and resolve PO discrepancies before release for fulfillment.
• Coordinate change orders with vendors to prevent full PO resubmission.
• Serve as liaison with distributors, suppliers, and national account partners.
• Resolve delivery and billing issues with vendors and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain and update Workday procurement catalog; monitor SKU status.
• Pull ad hoc procurement reports for leadership (YTD spend, cost comparisons).
• Support cross-functional procurement issues with Facilities, Store Ops, and leadership.
