Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Irving, TX to manage day-to-day purchasing across store supplies, bulk fluids, equipment and outside services. You will be the primary liaison between stores, distributors, and the Procurement team, ensuring accurate POs and smooth issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience with an ERP/procurement platform (Workday preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process POs and change orders in Workday for store equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain Workday catalog and ensure current pricing and availability.
• Prepare ad hoc procurement reports for leadership.
