Job summary

The University of Iowa Health Care Supply Chain Department is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining vendor pricing agreements and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts in PeopleSoft.

Develop contract reports to support pricing accuracy and contract management. Collaborate with supply chain product representatives and the Purchasing department to resolve pricing and contract discrepancies and improve related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of data analysis or contract administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor pricing agreements and GPO contracts in PeopleSoft.
• Develop contract reports to support pricing accuracy and contract management.
• Analyze pricing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for savings.
• Provide backup support for item master and EDI processes as needed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and supply chain teams to resolve pricing issues.
