Northeast Health Services, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and maintain a caseload of outpatient therapy clients. Responsibilities include individual and group supervision, collaboration with clinic directors, and ensuring clinical excellence.

The role supports a hybrid model with in-person and telehealth services, offering competitive compensation and a broad benefits package.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher from accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Meet licensing board requirements for supervision (registration, coursework, experience).
• Knowledge of privacy/HIPAA requirements and ethical standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) weekly for unlicensed graduate-level clinicians.
• Deliver psychotherapy (individual, family, group) in outpatient settings or via telehealth.
• Maintain timely documentation within 48–72 hours. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate care with internal programs, community agencies, and medical providers with patient consent.
• Identify performance gaps and report concerns to Clinic Director.
