• Pursuing a degree in Business, English, Communications, or related.
• Graduation year expected in 2029 or 2030.
• Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with business and technology partners to understand needs.
• Document requirements, business rules, workflows, and behavior; identify gaps.
• Create and refine user stories with acceptance criteria and testable outcomes.
• Design and prototype ClaimCenter screens and workflows; consider usability and processes.
• Participate in project meetings, maintain documentation, and support agile delivery.
