The ClaimCenter team is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for summer 2027. **Responsibilities:** Requirements Gathering & Documentation* Participate in discussions with business and technology partners to understand business needs.* Document requirements, business rules, workflows, and application behavior.* Help identify questions, gaps, and scenarios that should be considered during solution design. User Story Creation* Assist with creating and refining user stories for ClaimCenter enhancements.* Document acceptance criteria and expected system behavior.* Help break business requirements into clear, testable requirements for development teams. Application Testing* Create and execute test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.* Test ClaimCenter functionality and document results.* Identify unexpected application behavior and clearly document defects or questions for the project team.* Participate in regression and user acceptance testing activities. Application Design & Prototyping* Help design and mock up proposed ClaimCenter screens and workflows.* Work with Business Analysts and developers to consider usability and business process needs.* Participate in design discussions and help document proposed solutions. Project Collaboration* Participate in project meetings, design sessions, demonstrations, and working sessions.* Help maintain project documentation and track open questions or follow-up items.* Gain exposure to the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.**Requirements:**Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.
