Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute multiple transmission, substation and distribution projects in a hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate with multiple internal and external teams, manage life cycle activities, and drive safety, schedule and budget performance across projects.

The role requires 15+ years in project management within utilities or construction, strong leadership, and effective client liaison skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in utility/construction/engineering.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with capital project management and client liaison roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Own all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience.
• Lead the project team and mentor members; ensure accountability.
• Build positive relationships with client leads and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
• Provide KPI reporting for schedule and budget; identify and mitigate risks.
