Job summary

Sargent Lundy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large transmission, substation, and distribution projects in a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate with multiple departments to manage the life cycle of capital projects, from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 15+ years in utility/engineering project management, proven leadership of cross-functional teams, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in utilities or construction.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing capital projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, contract administration, planning and resources.
• Own all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule and budget.
• Manage lifecycle from initiation to closeout and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with client leads and internal stakeholders.
• Develop reports and analyze KPIs to improve results.
