• Maintains documentation, minutes, action items, and change orders.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Assists with budgets, schedules, and statements of work.
• Prepares summaries and project reports for management.
• Communicates milestones, progress, and deliverables.
• Audits project scopes for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors budgets and forecasts; prepares variance reports.
• Supports RFI and RFP processes as needed.
• Identifies issues/risks and suggests mitigations.
