Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license is required.
• Master’s degree may be substituted for the BS in engineering per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for substation electrical design.
• Review engineering design packages and mentor engineers within the group.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex design issues.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, NESC, NEC, ANSI and Duke Energy design criteria.
