WSP is seeking a Lead Substation Project Engineer in Maitland, FL to lead design and execution of transmission and distribution substations. You will mentor junior staff, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.

Hybrid/office setup with travel for site visits supports collaboration and mentorship. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of relevant experience, a PE license, and strong knowledge of P&C, SCADA, and telecom in utility-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Engineer license required.
• Experience with high/medium voltage substations and utility-scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Support AL/DM with client relationships.
• Perform QA/QC for deliverables.
• Provide construction support and coordination.
• Travel to site for inspections as needed.
