Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions seeks a Subrogation Supervisor for our Specialty Recovery Claims team across multiple U.S. offices on a hybrid schedule.

You will supervise subrogation staff, guide strategy, and oversee complex recoveries to deliver favorable outcomes for our clients and partners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5–7 years in subrogation, including 1–3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years subrogation experience with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Experience leading subrogation staff and managing vendors/TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities and priorities of subrogation staff.
• Ensure execution of subrogation strategies and assess recovery viability.
• Monitor recoveries, analyze reports, and address adverse trends.
• Review and negotiate high-cost subrogation claims within authority.
• Manage vendor relationships and staffing levels; provide training.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environments and customer needs.
