Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Subrogation Supervisor to lead the Specialty Recovery Claims team across multiple US offices, including Plymouth, MN. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring successful recovery outcomes on complex subrogation claims.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in subrogation with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of subrogation experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities and priorities of subrogation staff, including assignment oversight.
• Executes subrogation strategies and evaluates viability of recovery opportunities.
• Monitors recoveries and analyzes claim reports to identify trends and adjust strategies.
• Reviews and documents recommendations for subrogated claims, including negotiation and settlement.
• Manages relationships with vendors, subrogation attorneys, experts and TPAs.
• Oversees staffing, performance management and training for direct reports.
