You will supervise subrogation representatives and guide complex recoveries, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent and has 5–7 years of subrogation experience, with 1–3 years in supervision.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of subrogation experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities and priorities of subrogation staff.
• Ensures execution of subrogation strategies and reviews viability of recovery.
• Monitors subrogation recoveries and analyzes trends to inform strategy.
• Manages vendor relationships and staffing, including training needs.
