Job summary

ECMC Group in Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support student loan borrowers. Under supervision, you will contact borrowers to discuss repayment options and keep loans current.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday through Wednesday in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities include outbound calls, explaining responsibilities and consequences of default, and maintaining precise borrower account records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of office/business, clerical or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to students and counsel on loan options to keep or bring loans current.
• Communicate with borrowers by phone, mail, and/or email about responsibilities and consequences of default.
• Maintain accurate documentation of borrower accounts and updates in the system.
