Job summary

GAI Consultants seeks a Sr EIT 1 (Structural) to support the Power and Industry Business Sector. Hybrid work is available from Cranberry, PA. You will serve as a structural engineer and project manager for projects across industrial, power, and public sectors.

Responsibilities include analysis/design per codes (ACI/AISC), delivering on schedule and budget, and coordinating with drafting staff. Minimum 4+ years experience and a BS/MS in Engineering with FE/EIT certification required.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. Engineering degree
• FE exam passed and EIT/EI certification
• 4+ years of experience in structural engineering

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis/design and prepare drawings per codes (ACI/AISC)
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety on projects
• Coordinate with engineering/drafting staff and prepare deliverables
• Draft site reports, memos, and design narratives
• Lead resource and schedule planning with other leads
