Job summary

GAI Consultants is seeking an Engineer 1 (Structural) to support our Power and Industry Business Sector. Hybrid schedule based out of Cranberry, PA.

The engineer will serve as a structural engineer and project/task manager for projects across industrial, power, utility, government, healthcare, education, and commercial clients. Responsibilities include structural analysis/design, drawings, deliverables, schedule and budget tracking, and collaboration with engineering staff.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule at Cranberry Township, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis/design and prepare drawings/specifications per codes (ACI/AISC).
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability of projects.
• Prepare proposals with scope and budget; coordinate interdisciplinary work.
