Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support our Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will help design hyperscale data centers, update structural drawings, and coordinate systems with engineers and project teams across the United States.

You will use 2D drafting and BIM tools, including Revit and AutoCAD, to produce construction documents and support project standards. Hybrid work policy enables collaboration at Jacobs offices and remote locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data center projects.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions with project teams.
• Produce clear, accurate construction documents including foundations and framing.
• Support project coordination, quality reviews and share technical knowledge.
