Job summary

T-Mobile’s Strategy, Development & Partnerships team seeks a Corporate Strategy Manager to drive high-impact initiatives, shape growth, and evaluate new business opportunities. You will structure problems, build financial models, and translate insights into executive-ready materials while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Based in Bellevue, WA, this role offers a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative/analytical field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, product strategy, business operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable recommendations and creating executive-ready materials.
• Experience developing presentations for senior audiences.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own key workstreams within strategic projects, with guidance from strategy leaders.
• Break down ambiguous business questions into actionable hypotheses, work plans, analyses, and decision points.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, market sizing, competitive benchmarking, customer analysis, financial analysis, business performance diagnostics, and trend assessment.
• Build financial models, case analyses, scenarios, and other decision-making tools to evaluate strategic options.
• Synthesize complex analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and business implications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input, align on assumptions, and support recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations communicating complex topics simply and clearly.
• Present findings to strategy leaders, business partners, and senior executives.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, new technologies, and business model innovation.
