Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a strategic business development professional to identify market opportunities and analyze competitive trends. The role blends financial modeling with executive-level communication to shape decisions at the highest levels.

Based in Bellevue, WA or other HQ locations, you will lead cross-functional projects, develop financial models, and present insights to senior partners to drive growth and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required).
• 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related experience with quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (Required).
• Less than 2 years in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom (Preferred).
• 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience with framing complex problems and data-driven recommendations (Required).
• 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics experience (Required).
• Less than 2 years Project management experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age (Required).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (Required).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal partners
• Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
• Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
• Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
• Coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
