Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Fields of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or related.
• 7-10 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar.
• 4-7 years strategy and problem solving experience in framing complex problems and providing data-driven recommendations.
• 4-7 years financial modeling and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal partners.
• Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences.
• Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives.
• Coordinate preparation activities for key events such as earnings calls and board meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by business management.
