Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Manager in Strategy & Execution to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that advance Focus2030. You will work with the Head of Strategy and business leaders, shaping strategic initiatives, trade-offs, and KPI dashboards while ensuring execution alignment across the organization.

You will enjoy working across borders in a hybrid role, collaborating with executives and teams to drive growth, efficiency, and strategic clarity in a global consumer

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of strategy and/or management consulting experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Problem and decision structuring with frameworks.
• Experience in CPG and/or Retail sectors.
• Demonstrated project management experience and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills including complex analyses in Excel.
• Understanding P&L / cashflow modelling is a plus.
• Understanding data structuring principles and multiple data sources is a plus.
• Good slide development skills for C-level messaging.
• Learning and growth mindset; supporting team development.
• Experience using GenAi tools with prompting and evaluation.
• Professionally fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Project managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Creating insightful analysis (gathering, testing, combining, summarising, visualising).
• Developing frameworks to simplify problems and decisions.
• Working with experts and stakeholders to refine recommendations.
• Running workshops with senior leaders.
• Building slide decks to tell a compelling message.
• Managing and supporting the development of more junior team members.
