Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Manager Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Finance to optimize capacity and service levels while minimizing waste.

You will guide a high-performing team, implement planning tools and ERP processes, and contribute to S&OP activities to align production with forecast demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or o9.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Planning team through coaching and performance management.
• Develop tools and processes for end-to-end planning capabilities.
• Participate in S&OP reviews and prepare scenarios to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Scheduling to identify bottlenecks and optimization.
• Develop mid- and long-term production plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Manage inventory planning to ensure availability while minimizing waste.
• Establish and track supply chain KPIs to drive improvement.
• Improve planning tools and ERP system logic for efficiency.
• Support product launches and discontinuations with planning and ERP coordination.
• Ensure timely reporting and dissemination of planning information.
