Job summary

BBDO in Chicago is seeking a Senior Vice President, Group Strategy Director to lead the strategy discipline for a portfolio of brands. You will partner with account and creative leads to set the strategic vision and drive powerful brand, social, and creative strategies.

You will also train strategists and clients on strategy and effectiveness, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compelling case studies, and strong client presentations. Hybrid work model with in-office cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across a portfolio of brands and partner with client and agency leadership to shape the strategy agenda.
• Direct clients to powerful brand, social, and creative strategies and solid, measurable outcomes.
• Train strategists and clients on strategy and effectiveness to elevate work across the portfolio.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of creative solutions, deliverables, case studies, and client presentations.
• Contribute to agency thought leadership, brand architecture, and development of tools and frameworks.
• Support new business efforts and defend the agency against competitive threats.
