Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Program Manager to lead the development and execution of workforce strategies that align business priorities, financial goals, and evolving talent needs. You will partner with senior leaders across business, HR, and Finance to translate data, trends, and strategy into actionable plans that shape the organization’s future workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance, business administration, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience using workforce data, advanced analytics, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies.
Experience applying AI-enabled solutions, automation, or emerging technologies to workforce planning and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of workforce strategies aligned to business priorities and financial goals.
Translate workforce data and external trends into actionable plans.
