• Develop and direct schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Oversee activities of supporting project teams and internal partners, adjusting schedules and resources to meet product requirements.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects within manufacturing and engineering.
