Citizens Financial is hiring for a Workforce Analytics & Planning role. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to model future workforce needs, build simulations, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Expect dashboards and analytics embedded in workforce planning platforms to guide talent investments. The team emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, people analytics, capacity planning, or related analytical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong business judgment and data storytelling capabilities.
