Citizens Bank is advancing strategic workforce planning as a core enterprise capability. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and leaders to understand future workforce needs, design organizational structures, and model scenarios that drive talent investments.

You'll translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards in workforce planning platforms, and help govern planning tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, people analytics, workforce economics, capacity planning, or related analytical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assess future workforce, skill, and capacity needs using HR, financial, and business data.
• Develop workforce simulations, organizational models, and scenario analyses.
• Create data-driven recommendations that support workforce and talent strategy decisions.
• Build dashboards and analytics within workforce planning platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Support the administration and governance of workforce planning tools and platforms.
