Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Workforce Planning and Analytics leader to help shape the bank's future workforce. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to model needs, capacity, and talent investments, building data-driven, actionable insights and dashboards.

You'll apply scenario analyses and organizational design expertise to inform workforce strategy and tool governance. Hybrid work with on-site offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or people analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present insights to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and a analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess future workforce, skill, and capacity needs using HR, financial, and business data.
• Develop workforce simulations, organizational models, and scenario analyses.
• Create data-driven recommendations that support workforce and talent strategy decisions.
• Build dashboards and analytics within workforce planning platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to solve workforce challenges.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Support the administration and governance of workforce planning tools and platforms.
