• Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to operate as a team player
• Fact-based negotiation experience with data-driven analysis

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with executive leaders and key stakeholders to drive sourcing engagements
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: RFx, negotiations, contracts, and related activities
• Deliver savings while balancing risk, compliance, and supplier performance
• Provide market insights, strategy, and guidance to business leaders across Visa
• Prepare materials for quarterly reporting and ongoing leadership updates
