HealthBridge is seeking a Project Director in Grand Rapids, MI, to lead cross-functional initiatives across client services, enterprise programs, and technology-enabled changes. You will translate objectives into actionable plans and drive delivery from definition through implementation and transition.

The role requires extensive leadership across business and technology functions, with accountability for timing, scope, and outcomes, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or technology.
• 8+ years in project management or related delivery roles.
• 5+ years independently leading complex cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, high-priority cross-functional projects with multiple functions, vendors, clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into executable project plans with scope, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate work across teams, assign accountability, resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate governance, kickoffs, status meetings, updates and retrospectives.
• Provide clear project visibility through health, milestone, and priority reporting.
• Engage executives and clients to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Lead technology-enabled initiatives with internal tech teams and external partners.
• Ensure readiness across processes, technology, compliance, and training for transition to ownership.
• Apply delivery standards using RAID, change management, and decision logs.
