Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Pricing and Commercial Operations Lead to translate pricing and packaging decisions into executable customer offers. Hybrid role in McLean, VA, with onsite 2 days/week and remote 3 days/week.

You will collaborate with product, sales, finance, contracts, delivery, and IT to apply pricing guidance and drive deal desk efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in pricing/commercial operations, strong CRM/CPQ experience, and the ability to coordinate approvals across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years in pricing operations, sales operations, deal desk, quoting, or commercial operations.
• Experience preparing quotes, ROMs, renewals, expansions, bundles, or customer transactions.
• Proven experience using CRM, CPQ, ERP, product catalog, pricing, or commercial systems.
• Ability to coordinate approvals across multiple teams and identify pricing issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, ROM estimates, renewals, expansions, bundles.
• Apply pricing, packaging, discount, term, concession guidance.
• Coordinate pricing reviews and approvals with multiple teams.
• Support partner, reseller, pass-through transactions.
• Maintain pricing, quote, approval, exception, and product-readiness documentation.
• Help implement pricing decisions in catalogs, SKUs, CPQ, and related systems.
• Identify pricing issues and track cycle times.
