You will model future scenarios, translate complex data into actionable plans, and present recommendations to senior leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-7 years of industrial engineering experience with focus on strategic planning or simulations.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and modeling software such as Arena, AnyLogic, Python.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current operations and identify strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop long-term operational strategies and capacity planning models.
