Job summary

Saksoft is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Manager for its Fort Worth, TX hybrid role. The candidate will lead multiple IT initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive projects from inception through closure.

The role requires extensive experience in agile facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with proficiency across various platforms and DevOps practices. A CSM or PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 11+ years of IT project management or related experience.
• CSM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies.
• Proficiency across mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fast-paced initiatives with distributed teams.
• Lead IT initiatives through the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Design and maintain project vision and standards; define working agreements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; manage issues and escalations.
• Communicate project status, budget, resources, changes, risks, and plans to stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Leverage data analytics to track performance and optimize processes.
