Job summary

You will own the program lifecycle from planning to sustainment and report benefits to Executive Sponsors and Governance Boards. Responsibilities include defining program plans, identifying dependencies, managing external providers, and ensuring effective communication across senior leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant IT program management experience.
• Experience managing Enterprise Applications projects/programs.
• Technical background to assess risks and communicate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program definition, planning, scope and execution; monitor health and mitigate risks.
• Define integrated program plans with detailed work breakdown structures and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies and scope/lead transformation opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and report status to executives and governance boards.
• Operate in ambiguity to define clear paths forward for teams.
• Adopt best-practice PMO processes and drive continuous improvements.
