Job summary

AstraZeneca in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Business Partner to connect commercial strategy with data, technology and product outcomes. You will partner with senior commercial leaders across the BU to translate priorities into implementation roadmaps, influence investments and advocate for product value while guiding cross‑functional delivery.

This hybrid role requires office three days a week and strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and delivery discipline in a regulated

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years in client-facing IT business partnering or technology advisory.
Experience managing senior, cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT.
Experience partnering with Product/Platform/Data teams in Pharma/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT business partner for the commercial data & technology domain, translating strategy into BU plans and influencing investments.
Enable Product Managers/Owners with business context and feedback; maintain direct engagement with users.
Maintain live view of interdependencies across data platforms, analytics, and vendor deliverables to spot conflicts.
Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across commercial leaders, technology, compliance, and external partners.
Negotiate priorities and investments among senior stakeholders, aligning business value with technology decisions.
